God has two dwellings; one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful heart. ~ Izaak Walton.
I have kept a Gratitude journal since the beginning of January. At the end of every day, I write 3-5 things or as many as the page will take of things, people, events that I’m grateful for. This habit is one of my recommended strategies to ignite a fulfilled and miraculous life of abundance. The act of gratitude draws heaven’s blessings to you daily. Why don’t you try it this February and see what happens? A plain notebook or your mobile device will do.
Here’s an example of some of my January entries:
-Grateful for my daughter’s Ivy league university interview today.
-Grateful for being able to drop and pick up my son from school today and for our story time. What a joy.
-Grateful for the draft mandate received today.
-Grateful for my team meeting today. Champions being built fills me with joy.
-Grateful for all kids school fees paid today. Not to be taken for granted.
-Grateful that my family arrived safely.
– Grateful for my new team members…for their DNA.
-Grateful for boldly tackling the difficult client issue today…
You get the idea? Anything goes. Just recognise all the moments of blessings and stop waiting for the Big Bang miracles when they are happening daily around you.
So who wants to start a Gratitude Journal this Fantastic Faith & Favour Filled February?
