November saw me stretched in the most unimaginable ways, and yet I managed to achieve some of my most fulfilling personal and professional outcomes so far in 2014 some of which include:
Nov 15– Hosting an outstanding Zumbathon charity event in Lagos in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness with the IWOW Network.
Nov 19– Delivering a key note speech – ‘How to Walk on Water’ at the UN Women Entrepreneurship Day hosted by Access Bank W Initiative and WOWe.
Nov 27-28– Attended a course on Creating Winning Brands at Cambridge University Judge Business School. Part of an ongoing year long executive program I’ve undertaken.
Nov 29– The Goose bump inducing launch of UK Dazzle Breakfast Series for women. An event I conceived earlier this year for the IWOW Network, and which came together with spectacular success at the Marble Arch Thistle Hotel in London. Access Bank W Initiative and Fine and Country were headline sponsors.
Other very special outcomes in November included the privilege of preaching at and giving a tribute for Dr. Myles Munroe at both The Water Brook and This Present House on the 16th and 23rd respectively. (He will be buried on Dec 4-5).
AFRICAN REAL ESTATE PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR
November also saw me receiving the enviable award and title of African Real Estate Personality held in Accra, Ghana. I’m chuffed is all I can say. It’s amazing how you feel there’s so much ground to cover, and yet others recognise the little you’ve done. #grateful.
You can see it was a truly packed month. My only secret to being able to do all of the above and still run a thriving business, along with being a mother and a wife can be found in my previous post and messages at TPH and Waterbrook – “A QUESTION OF PURPOSE.”
