The first quarter of the year is almost over. But don’t panic, Be Focused and Fearless. As we begin to wrap up Mega March, be 100% clear what it isyou would like to accomplish most this year.

The economy today is volatile. But therein lies the opportunity. This is not the time to sit back and wait for things to happen. You have to be deliberate and take Action.
These principles will guide you and help you grow your business profile and profits. They are practical tools that have worked for me and if you would so diligently apply them, they will work for you too. Principle 1 to 5.
Principle 6. BUILD A SOLID TEAM: Staff, Partners, Advisors. Invest in good quality. Do Trade by barter if need be, but pay for people’s services. Avoid developing a reputation as someone who doesn’t like to pay for services.
Principle 7. HIGH IMPACT MARKETING: Good products don’t sell themselves. Marketing does. Use the power of Digital. Social Media. Associations. Influence is a new way of marketing. Gain exposure and a wider reach by sharing your expertise through content marketing and speaking on your areas of expertise.
Principle 8. BECOME A LEGEND: UPGRADE YOURSELF. Become A BETTER YOU. “See a man diligent in his ways? He shall serve before kings. ..” Personal Development. Training. Speaking. Develop Expertise. Be More Confident. Be Sought After. Be an Influencer. What’s your influence quotient? Not just intelligence quotient.STEP UP. STAND OUT. STAND FOR SOMETHING. BECOME A LEADER. Get in front of the right people. Speak up wherever you are. Joseph spoke up while in prison, that’s why he was remembered when the right opportunity came.
Principle 9. LEGAL: PROTECT YOURSELF. PROTECT YOUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. EMPIRES OF THE FUTURE ARE EMPIRES OF THE MIND. Improve your contracts. Review and upgrade your contracts to address all the lessons you’ve learnt as a business since you started. Don’t let big clients intimidate you. Create water tight agreements and be prepared to defend them.
Principle 10. OVERWHELM YOUR CLIENTS WITH VALUE: BECOME INDISPENSABLE. First assess or re-assess who exactly you would prefer to be your client. Target them specifically. Build and Nurture the relationship. Build trust. Become a trusted advisor. Be indispensable. Be Invaluable. Get into their heads. Find out what makes them tick? What matters to them. Serve them, protect them. Promote them. Treat them like kings. Kings serve kings.
